Back Pain & Good Nutrition

Back pain affects most people – until 80% of adults at least one episode of back pain during their lifetime, and half of these people could not find the cause of your pain. Older women, back pain can be related to osteoporosis.

Lower back pain can cause arthritis, kidney infection and pain, premenstrual syndrome, and many hours sitting in a poorly designed or ill-fitting seat. Back pain is often caused by weight and a sedentary lifestyle, and it is best affected by changing lifestyles, including weight loss, a new mattress and a better attitude. If you eat more calories than you burn, you will gain weight. If you eat less, you will lose weight. If you eat a diet of 1200 calories of mini marshmallows, you can lose weight initially, but you will not lose weight at all, in fact, you can gain weight. Your body burns fat and carbohydrates for fuel. All the food you eat affects metabolism others, no matter how many calories it is.

Healthy calories from healthy foods helps the body to function at peak condition. Reducing calorie intake will result in a more stop, or worse, a steady metabolism, which equals weight gain.

Protein and protein supplements

Protein is one of the most important macronutrient and comes from plants and animal sources (surprisingly, the pea is one of the best sources of protein, 8.5 grams of protein per cup serving).
